Annie Mabashov, IHC

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner located in Pasadena, CA

Meet Annie Mabashov, FDN-P, IHC

Annie is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) Practitioner and Integrative Health Coach (IHC) who helps people struggling with their health get to the root cause of their health issues using functional lab tests and personalized health building programs.

As a cancer survivor herself, Annie knows first-hand the impact that functional-based nutrition and lifestyle changes can make to help regain health. After completing chemo in back in 2013, Annie was cancer-free but she still suffered from a weakened immune system, chronic fatigue and reoccurent infections. Traditional Western Medicine provided some instant relief from some of these symptoms but did not provide long-term solutions to rebuilding health.

Annie became interested in nutrition, specifically anti-inflammatory diets and living a more clean lifestyle and pursued an Integrative Health Coach (IHC) degree with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She also started seeing a functional medicine doctor who took the time to go through functional lab work and put her on a new protocol that transformed her life and helped her regain her energy and health. Subsequently, she decided to pursue further schooling in Functional Nutrition and become a FDN-P so that she could help others who were facing similar health issues. She is passionate about cooking clean, simple healthy meals, healthy living and coaching clients to achieve their health goals and feel like the best version of themselves.

Annie lives in the San Fernando Valley where she is raising her two boys with her husband. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, the beach, cooking, playing tennis and spending time with her friends and family.
